THE NEEDS OF SELF-DIRECTED LEARNERS
Learning is increasingly self-directed. Some analysts have popularised an idea that only 10% of what we learn comes from formal education and training settings. They have proposed that 20% comes from learning on the job or from our peers, and 70% comes from our informal learning experiences.
This topic will assess and evaluate digital learning options to cater for the unique learning needs of each learner
